Maintaining the pump is very easy: just flush or replace the filter element from time to time to keep the pump running vigorously. It uses Type A or Type C filter element, which should be replaced every two weeks.

Instructions:
1. Fill the swimming pool filter pump with water, and then tighten it
2. Loosen the small screw and insert on it
3. When it sucks up water and into the hose, close the top down
